Shipping + Orders

Do you ship in my country? What's the cost?

Yes, we ship in most countries of the world. 

To check the price of shipping, you can enter your address (make sure it's correct!) on the checkout page. You will not be charged until you officially place your order.

Custom + duty fees

Please be aware of your country's customs + duty fees that may be applied to your order upon receipt. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. 

When will my order be sent out?

Every order is shipped within 2 days to 7 days. Please keep in mind we're a very small team of 2 people taking care of your orders!

How fast is shipping?

Due to COVID-19, please expect delays in shipping. Once your order is processed, it will take : 

Prints : Around 2 to 7 business days worldwide

Shirts : Around 4 to 10 business days worldwide

Hats and bobs : Around 4 to 10 business days worldwide

Hoodies and other apparel: Around 4 to 21 business days worldwide

Where's my tracking number?

You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order has shipped! Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

Shipping notifications are automatically sent out, but if you haven't received an order confirmation email or any tracking information, let us know! 

Do you accept returns / exchanges?

All sales are final, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. Please check the size charts before buying apparel. 

I've got a problem with my order, what do I do?

Oh no! Please send us a message along with your order number via email [] and we'll help you through there. 


Will the prints I purchase be signed?

No, but if you want to connect with Nogi San at an event she'd be more than happy to sign anything you'd like! 

Does Nogi San accept personal commissions?

Due to ongoing projects and a tight schedule, Nogi is not taking any personal commissions.

Why didn't you reply to my social media comment/message/e-mail?

 I'm terribly sorry but due to the enormous amount of messages and comments I receive, it's simply impossible to read and reply to most of them. I love reading everyone's messages and I tried to reply to all of them but it eventually just got to be too much and took time away from drawing.
