" Tokugawa Ieyasu" is a part of a 2020 ink serie inspired from Goshuin in Japan.
Goshuin are a seal stamp give to worshippers and visitors to Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples in Japan. I got inspired from my numerous trip in Japan to make this authentic serie about the most famous Daimyos of Sengoku era.
Ieyasu was the founder and first Shogun of the Tokugawa Shogunate in Japan.
Each print is first handpainted with traditionnal indian ink and then numerized to offer you the best art reproduction.
